In this class we learn about breathing and how it affects the physical and mental spheres of our lives. We will be taught how to breathe deeply and fill our lungs with fresh sea air, thus taking full advantage
of the sea climate surrounding us.
This class includes gentle exercises that will help you get in touch with your own body and relax your mind, while listening to the beautiful sounds of Tibetan bowls. It will allow you to reclaim your inner peace and relax.
